Refunds
In case of receiving improper quality massage services or other services provided for by the Agreement, the Customer must notify the Contractor or the salon administrator immediately after the procedure by submitting a written application in any form with the mandatory indication of: the reasons for the refund, the surname, first name, patronymic of the individual, the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card (RNOKPP, identification code) or the series and number of the passport (for individuals who, due to their religious beliefs, have refused to accept the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card in the established manner and have a mark in their passport), the place of residence of the individual and the recipient's contact phone number, the recipient's account details, the amount of funds to be refunded; copies of the payment document confirming the transfer of funds to the Contractor's account. In case of payment for a service and/or product not from the personal bank card of the person who ordered the service and/or product, the refund application is filled out by the owner of the bank card from which the payment for the service and/or product was made, indicating all his/her identification data and bank details.
In case of refusal of the Customer to receive the purchased Service Package, to return the previously paid funds, the Customer, and not 3rd parties, must contact the Contractor directly.
The refund is carried out by the Contractor on the basis of a mandatory written application from the Customer within 30 calendar days, provided that the payment document, registered telephone number and passport (other identity document) of the buyer are simultaneously presented.
If the Customer intends to return the gift certificate, such return shall be made in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, taking into account the rules and conditions of the carrier or courier operating in Ukraine or in another country in accordance with the place of receipt of the gift certificate. The gift certificate shall not be exchanged for cash, except in the case of a refund of the value of the certificate within 30 days from the date of purchase upon simultaneous presentation of the original gift certificate, payment document, registered telephone number and passport (other identity document) of the buyer. In case of failure to comply with the above requirements, the amount paid shall not be refunded. When refunding funds, the cost of the printed certificate form, which is 100 (one hundred) hryvnias, shall be deducted from the total refund amount.
